Item 1: Opening of the meeting and adoption of the agenda

Item 2: Elections of the President and Vice-President
The mandate of the Chair of the Committee is of one year, renewable once. The DH-S-AC is bound to elect a new chair. It is also bound to elect a vice chair.

Item 3: Elaboration of a draft legally binding
instrument on access to official documents
The DH-S-AC will pursue its work on the elaboration of the Draft European convention on access to official documents, in particular on the implementation mechanism and follow up of the Convention.
