Objective(s): | The aims of the seminar were:

Output/Results: | - Participants, judges of Zaporizhia region in Ukraine, were familiarized with the standards of the ECHR and case law of the ECHR on freedom of expression and information. They acquired practical skills for applying these standards in their daily work.

Conclusions/Follow Up: | Participants in the seminar have supported the idea of the introduction of press secretaries in the courts, informing journalists on judicial proceedings, providing of accession of journalists to the court. The follow-up activities must be directed towards the organisation of training for press secretaries of courts, carrying out of joint meetings for judges and journalists. |
