Objective(s): | The seminar aimed to:

Output/Results: | The participants of the seminar showed an interest in the seminar and debated practically every issue especially on the implementation of the European standards in practice in the European countries and possibilities for the implementation of these standards in Ukraine. The participants analysed the main problems in Ukraine: journalists' access to courts; publication of court reporting; limits of amissible criticism of judges and law officers and others.

Conclusions/Follow Up: | The seminar was very useful for its participants. It helped them to increase their knowledge and communication between Ukrainian lawyers and also with lawyers of European court.

Participants: | The training course was designed primarily for practicing media lawyers, senior law students. Some journalists participated in the event as well. |
