| Description: |
The Government Agent of ''the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia'', Mrs Radica Lazareska-Gerovksa conducted a 3 day study-visit to the Office of the Croatia Government Agent. The topics discussed during the study visit included the questions of the involvement of the Government Agents in the domestic law drafting process in ensuring the compatibility of the national legislation with the European human rights standards, the relation between the Government Agent and domestic judges in ensuring the proper implementation of the European Convention’s standards and the case-management of the Government Agent Office. A separate session was devoted to analysis of case-studies related to Articles of the European Convention on Human Rights.
