The meeting will take place as a follow-up to a round-table carried out in Russia where penitentiary authorities, together with academics and Council of Europe experts will anaylise the normative acts on juvenile detention in view of their compliance with CoE human rights standards. The objective of the meeting of the Working Group is to finalise the exchange of expertise on the subject. |
