Follow-up of the activities of the working group dealing with harmonisation of the Russian penitentiary legal norms with the European HR standards.
The project comprises:
a)provision of written expertise;
b)Round Table on medical policies in conformity of European human rights standards to be conducted in Ryazan (Russian Federation);
3) Meeting of the Joint Working Group of experts in Strasbourg to finalise agreement on the subject matter.
