A seminar, to be attended by three lawyers from the Ombudsperson Institution in Kosovo, is organised by the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights between 23 and 30 June 2007 to provide human rights education for persons who need the knowledge on human rights in their professional, social, personal and political activities. The lectures include i.e. history, philosophy and basic concepts of human rights; international and domestic systems of protection, role of the Ombudsman in the protection of rights of individuals |
