Human rights standards and ethics in the work of Prosecution services, Police forces and Prison administration in Chechnya

| Description: |
Seminar for staff of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Justice, Prison administration, police and the Prosecution of the Chechen Republic, part of the Council of Europe Co-operation programme with the Russian Federation in the Chechen Republic. The seminar will be a follow-up to two study visits held in
Spain (11-15 April 2005) and Germany (29 May – 3 June 2005) and will allow participants to share experiences and discuss on topics like professional ethics and human rights standards in the daily work of law enforcement personnel and relations between civil society and the different authorities of the criminal justice system.
