Description:
The objective of the event is to aquaint the human rights officers appointed on the relatively recently created positions in the regional departments for execution of sentences with the applicable European human rights standards that should be applied daily. The activity will attract also prisons' administration leadership from the subjects of the Federation, which is believed to be crucial for the implementation of human rights standards in the policies and practicies of the prison establishments.
