Description:
A seminar called “The supervisory review procedure nadzor in the Russian Federation: towards a reform in line with the requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights” to take place in Strasbourg, France on 21-22 February 2005. The seminar will be devoted to the examination of the scope and effects of the measures already taken by the Russian authorities to limit the use of the nadzor procedure and to the consideration of possible further reform thereof in line with the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court’s case law.
