The target group will be some 22 staff members of the EC Enlargement Directorate-General. The briefing session will cover the following issues: the ECHR (overview; recent developments in the case law of the ECtHR; overview of the case law relevant to Croatia, Turkey, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Albania, ''the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia''); the execution of the judgments of the ECtHR; overview of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and the Charter for Regional and Minority Languages and their monitoring mechanisms |
