A working group of Russian authorities and Council of Europe experts to examine existing normative acts in Russia for their compliance with European human rights norms. The work will focus on the treatment of minors in detention. One round-table to involve academics and other relevant institutions in the discussion of the work of the Working group. Thus broader input will be ensured from relevant stakeholders into the work on the legal penitentiary acts. |
