| Description: |
The main aims of this course within the context of participants’ youth organisations or associations are:
• To broaden the understanding of the role of ‘training’ and ‘trainers’ in today’s youth work, especially in Azerbaijan;
• To provide them with the framework based on skills, knowledge and values allowing them to act as competent trainers.
Objectives:
• To provide a basic insight into different concepts of training in non-formal education;
• To support participants dialogue and exchange in assessing their training needs and in learning from their experiences;
• To further develop essential skills for the trainers in non-formal education;
• To explore values involved in non-formal education youth activities and its translation into the practice;
