The Consultative Group on Human Rights Education with young people is an informal group formed from representatives of Statutory Bodies of the Youth sector of the Council of Europe, representatives of Youth and Citizenship Departament in DG II Democratic Citizenship and Participation, representatives of organisational partners involved in the Human Rights Education Youth Programme of the Council of Europe. The group meets once a year to assess the progress achieved in the programme, advice on potential new developments and support the work of Secretariat in better implementing the recommendations of the IInd Forum on Human Rights Education with Young People. |
