Title: |
Second Seminar ''Youth Policy Development in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus'' |
Description: |
The seminar gathered youth field stakeholders from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation and Ukraine who represented authorities in charge of youth issues, researchers and practitioners knowledgeable of the situation of youth and young people themselves: youth organisation members and youth leaders.
Unfortunately the composition of those groups of stakeholders was not very balanced, with the researchers and policy makers underrepresented.
They shared about the values, current situation, needs and aspirations of young people in the region; discussed the level advancement of the youth policy development in specific countries, particularly the recent developments; planned future initiatives to this end, on local, national and international level. |
