Partnership Management Board October 2008 |
| Description: |
The European Commission and the Council of Europe set up a ''Partnership Management Board'' bringing together representatives of both partners to consult each other, to prepare decisions and to steer activities under the Youth-Partnership.
The Partnership Management Board contributes to the co-ordination of the different thematic areas and pronounces its opinion on the annual specific agreements.
The proposed draft agenda of the meeting is the following (to be agreed upon between both partners):
1. Opening of the meeting
2. Adoption of the agenda
3. Information Exchange on the implementation of the various projects in 2008 and discussion of the 2009 Work Plan
4. Administrative, budgetary and contractual issues
5. Any Other Topic
6. Closing
