Preparatory Meeting of the European Citizenship Modules valorisation seminar. |
| Description: |
The Council of Europe & European Commission ''Youth-Partnership'' (joint programme) intends to organise a valorisation seminar, in order to build on the experience of the previous Modules on European Citizenship (organised in 2006) and to help former participants to become active multipliers in the field of European Citizenship. This seminar will be organised in Luxembourg in November, in co-ordination with six National Agencies of the Youth in Action programme.
The current preparatory meeting aims at planning the seminar and ensuring a smooth implementation.
The agenda of the meeting is the following:
1. Opening: round of introduction of participants.
2. Decision on facilitation and reporting of the prep meeting.
3. Expectations of participants with regard to the prep meeting and the valorisation seminar.
4. Defining the contents of the valorisation seminar:
- Aim, objectives and expected outcomes of the seminar.
- Daily programme and session outlines.
- Call for participants and selection procedure (programme and non programme countries participants).
- Evaluation and report of the valorisation seminar.
- Practicalities (reimbursements of participant’s travel fees, etc.).
5. Task division in the preparation and implementation of the valorisation seminar:
- Different roles and tasks of trainers.
- Different roles and tasks of National Agencies and Partnership representatives.
- Timeline for implementation.
- Presence of NAs staff during the seminar in November.
6. Visit to the venue place in Eisenborn (practicalities and training facilities).
