This study session deals with the issue of media literacy and explores the implications of the role new technologies and media in the life of young people with regard to youth participation, democratic citizenship and combating social exclusion or marginalized groups. It aims at drafting recommendations regarding the use of new technology in youth work. The organisation is a new partner in DYS activities.
