European Knowledge Center for Youth Policy: meeting of correspondents |
| Description: |
The existing network of correspondents will be reinforced in order to achieve better results with regard to the provision of knowledge from national level. To this end correspondents will all be invited to develop national networks of better knowledge of youth. With the new mandate, the network of EKCYP correspondents will meet twice annually, in spring and in fall; the meeting of EKCYP correspondents serves for an exchange of ideas and experiences, the development of standards and common working approaches and a corporate identity. Those countries who have not nominated any correspondent will again be contacted by the EU-CoE youth partnership team to do so; by the end of the year it is the aim to have a correspondent nominated by each member state of the Council of Europe (47); inactive members of the network will be continuously invited to gather and to provide relevant information. |
