Third editorial meeting - T-Kit 12 on ''Conflict transformation''. |
| Description: |
The Youth-Partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe has developed a series of well-known “Training-Kits”. These thematic publications written by experienced youth trainers are easy-to-use handbooks for use in training activities and study sessions.
In 2007, the Council of Europe and the European Commission decided to launch the production of a new T-kit (issue 12) focusing on “conflict transformation”. This T-kit will be a tool to support youth workers and youth leaders in developing, planning, implementing and evaluating high quality projects and activities for, with and by young people in the field of conflict transformation.
Two editorial meetings (May 2007 and March 2008) gathered the authors and editor of the T-Kit, as well as the secretariat.
The main objectives of this third and final Editorial meeting (October 2008) are the following:
1- Review the text of the edited publication;
2- See if any content-related changes need to be introduced in the text, before it is finalised and proofread;
3- Deal with any other pending issues (contractual, administrative, etc.) |
