Second editorial meeting - T-Kit 12 on ''Conflict transformation''. |
| Description: |
The Youth-Partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe has developed a series of well-known “Training-Kits”. These thematic publications written by experienced youth trainers are easy-to-use handbooks for use in training activities and study sessions.
In 2007, the Council of Europe and the European Commission decided to launch the production of a new T-kit (issue 12) focusing on “conflict transformation”. This T-kit will be a tool to support youth workers and youth leaders in developing, planning, implementing and evaluating high quality projects and activities for, with and by young people in the field of conflict transformation.
In May 2007, a first editorial meeting gathered the 5 authors of the T-Kit (selected after a call), as well as the editor and the Partnership secretariat.
The main objectives of this second and final Editorial meeting are the following:
1- Review of the detailed contents structure of the publication;
2- Review and, if necessary, revision of all articles written by the team;
3- Agreement on a timeline and division of tasks within the team for finalising the publication.
3- Agreement on a timeline for writing the T-Kit. |
