Evaluation meeting of the seminar ''The role of research in youth policy and youth work development in the broader Euro-Med context'' |
| Description: |
The evaluation meeting revised the results of the seminar on youth policy cooperation in the Euro-Med context (see ID# 17390), which was held in Cairo in November 2006, within the framework of the Partnership on Youth (with the European Commission), in cooperation with the League of Arab States, the Swedish Institute in Alexandria, the Swedish Board for Youth Affairs and the National Council on Youth (Egypt).
Representatives of all the above mentioned institutions joint the meeting, as well as experts from the Biblioteca Alexandrina and the Anna Lindh Foundation.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to planning the future cooperation within the broader Euro-Med context among the stakeholders present. The preparations for a youth participation seminar foreseen for autumn 2007 were initiated. |
