2. Update on recent developments in the youth sector and the Council of Europe:
a) Report by the Director of Youth and Sport and members of the secretariat:
- 2008 budgets and programmes

- Co-operation with the Russian Federation
- European Youth Foundation
- Programme on human rights education/intercultural dialogue and youth participation/democratic citizenship
b) Reports by the Chairs of the Advisory Council and Programming Committee on the results of the last meetings of these bodies
c) Update on the implementation of the International youth policy reviews of Latvia and Hungary
d) Report from members of the CDEJ and Advisory Council who participated in multidisciplinary activities
3. Better visibility and mainstreaming youth: exchange of views with the Director General, Ms. Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, following the presentation of the memorandum of the Secretary General to the Committee of Ministers on proposals for restructuring DG4 and DG 3
4. Monitoring and evaluation of the 2007 youth programme (report of the June meeting of the Programming Committee)
5. Follow up of the European Youth Campaign “All different-all equal”
6. Mid-term evaluation of the youth programme (January 2006-June 2007): report of the consultant
7. 8th Conference of European Ministers responsible for Youth
8. Council of Europe youth policy: “Agenda 2020”
9. Work priorities for 2009-2011
10. Partnership with the European Commission in the youth field (including the issue of the involvement of the co-managed bodies of the CoE youth sector)
11. Opening of the renovated European Youth Centre Strasbourg
