The Council of Europe publications “Case Law concerning Article 10 of the ECHR”, “Compendium of legal instruments regarding media field” and “Media and elections”, together with the Recommendation REC (2002)2 of the Committee of Ministers to member states on access to official documents, Declaration on freedom of political debate and draft Montenegrin Law on Free Access to Information were made available, plus the materials and case studies provided by the experts during the working sessions.
|
Conclusions/Follow Up: | This kind of seminars is definitely needed for future journalists in Montenegro. In addition to this, the same type of the activity should be organised for mid-career journalists, as well as to the next generation of the School of Journalism.
