Objective(s): | The aims of the seminar were:

Output/Results: | - Participants were familiarised with the standards of the ECHR and case law of the ECHR on freedom of expression and information. They acquired practical skills for applying these standards in their daily work.

Conclusions/Follow Up: | Participants in the seminar have supported the idea of the introduction of press secretaries in the courts, informing journalists on judicial proceedings, providing for the accession of journalists to the court. The follow-up activities must be directed towards the organisation of training for regional journalists, carrying out of joint meetings for judges and journalists. |
