Activity Synopsis

  
Objective(s):

Finalisation of preparations for the 3rd meeting of the CDMC to be held from 30 May to 2 June 2006.

To hold an exchange of views with the Chairs of the Groups of Specialists working methods and execution of terms of reference 
Output/Results:

In finalising preparations for the 3rd meeting of the CDMC, the Bureau held a preliminary exchange on the possible contribution of the CDMC to the White Paper on Intercultural Dialogue, and discussed, inter alia, progress on the issue of defamation.

It held an exchange of views with the Chairs of the Groups of Specialists where working methods and the work of each group was examined with a view to assessing progress and any possible obstacels in their respective activities.
