Activity Synopsis |

| Objective(s): | Members of the National Television and Broadcasting Council of Ukraine visited the French Conseil Superieur de l’Audiovisuel to learn about best practices in regulating broadcasting and applying broadcasting legislation. |
| Output/Results: | The participants learned from their French colleagues procedures of adopting resolutions on broadcasting regulation and discussed with them the challenges of regulating digital broadcasting and implementing systems of licensing. French regulator is considered as the biggest traditional regulator in Europe (regulating the content). |
