Objective(s): | Target group: Ukrainian judges, lawyers and journalists
|
Output/Results: | The participants of the seminar received relevant information and documents concerning the implementation of the ECHR, in particular, Ukrainian versions of the ECHR, case law of the European Court of Human Rights on Article 10 of the Convention, a collection of recent decisions of the European Court on the Article 10, analyze of the Ukrainian legislation in the context of the ECHR implementation.

Conclusions/Follow Up: | The judges demonstrated their understanding of the rules of the implementation of both the ECHR and case law of the ECHR. Workshops within the framework of the seminar were very useful.
