| Description: | The aim is to explore and describe the competences, skills and attitudes of a democratic citizen in respect of the media (including the new communication and information environment of the virtual world) and ways of promoting these in formal and non-formal education. The discussions will address these key questions while relating them to core concepts such as democratic citizenship, human rights and intercultural dialogue. |
