The DH-S-AC is bound to elect a new chair. It is also bound to elect a vice chair. - Basic texts for Elections in committees DH-S-AC(2007)002 Item 3: Elaboration of a draft legally binding instrument on access to official documents The DH-S-AC will pursue its work on the elaboration of the Draft European convention on access to official documents, in particular on the implementation mechanism and follow up of the Convention. Working documents - Report of the 14th meeting of the DH-S-AC (15-17 November 2006) DH-S-AC(2006)012 - Recommendation Rec (2002) 2 of the Committee of Ministers to member states on access to official documents and Explanatory Memorandum DH-S-AC(2002)003 - Compilation of the replies of the State members of DH-S-AC to the information that the public authorities of their country are obliged to make public on their own initiative and of the mechanisms that they use in this regard. DH-S-AC(2007)003 - Compilation of the commentaries received by the relevant bodies of the Council of Europe for the preparation of the draft convention DH-S-AC(2007)004 - Briefing regarding the elaboration of a Council of Europe treaty on access to official documents, prepared by Article 19, Open Society Justice Initiative and Access Info Europe (revised) DH-S-AC(2007)005 - Access to official documents: Guide Item 4: Exchange of views on the elements bound to appear into the explanatory report If time allows, the DH-S-AC will examine the elements that might appear into the explanatory report of the future European Convention on access to official documents. - Draft of the explanatory report of the draft legally binding instrument on access to official documents DH-S-AC(2007)006 Item 5: Unlike questions * * * |
