Objective(s): | To consider the proposed revisions of the representative of Armenia, and the next steps, regarding Recommendation No. R (99) 15 on media coverage of election campaigns in the light of the development of digital broadcasting services and other new communication services

Output/Results: | Finalised draft Recommendation on empowering children in the new information and communications environment. |
Conclusions/Follow Up: | Agreement reached to develop the proposed revisions of the working group by inviting further comments on Recommendation No. R (99) 15 on media coverage of election campaigns in the light of the development of digital broadcasting services and other new communication services.
