A three-week training course for youth NGO multipliers, half from Russia and half from other member states, to develop intercultural awareness and competences; to obtain an insight into the culture of the host country and the youth policy of the Council of Europe. The course is enriched by medium-level training modules in English (for Russian participants) and Russian (for non-Russian participants), thereby enabling them to interact during large parts of the programme. |
