A three-week training course for youth NGO multipliers, half from the Arab region and half from Council of Europe member states, to develop intercultural competences and obtain an insight into Arab and Moroccan culture and into the youth policy of the Council of Europe; the course is enriched by medium-level language training modules in English (for Arab participants) and Arabic (for European participants), thereby enabling them to interact during large parts of the programme. |
